Delete My Data

If you want to delete all data associated with your OpusMagus Academy account (progress, badges, quiz scores, preferences), you can:

• Step 1: Email privacy@opusmagus.com from, or naming, the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Academy account.
• Step 2: Say which sign-in provider you used (Google, Microsoft, Amazon or Facebook), so the right account is matched.

We confirm by email once the account is gone. Your Academy account and all data attached to it are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, and no copy is kept for marketing.

Purchase records are the one exception: Danish bookkeeping law obliges us to retain invoice data for five years, so an order stays on file with its personal data reduced to what the invoice requires.
